James W. Ellison

James W. Ellison has been engaged in an active civil litigation practice in Augusta, Georgia and around the state since 1985, both at the trial and appellate court levels.  The primary focus of the litigation includes personal injury, business and commercial disputes and insurance litigation.  His experience in these practice areas includes the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants. The primary focus of his defense practice has been his representation of Augusta-Richmond County and his continuing representation of the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.  The personal injury experience has been primarily on behalf of plaintiffs for injuries arising from automobile accidents, professional negligence and injuries arising from the workplace.
