James W. Ellison has been engaged in an active civil litigation practice in Augusta, Georgia and around the state since 1985, both at the trial and appellate court levels. The primary focus of the litigation includes personal injury, business and commercial disputes and insurance litigation. The primary focus of his defense practice has been his representation of Augusta-Richmond County and his continuing representation of the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.
