One of the most offensive things a driver can do is to flee the scene of a wreck he or she caused. It also violates Georgia law which requires the driver of any vehicle involved in a car accident which results in injury, death or property damage to stop, return to the scene of the accident and do the following: (a) provide his or her name and other identifying information; (b) exhibit his or her driver's license; and (c) render reasonable aid and assistance if necessary.
